Change your plan
Switch between Cloud and Team, add Lifetime, and choose which of your shared worlds stay live when your plan covers fewer worlds than you have.

Change your plan in the account menu. If your new plan covers fewer worlds, you choose which stay live.
Open your plan
Click your initial at the top right. Under Plan, press Change plan (on the trial: See plans).
Pick the new plan
In the Plans dialog, press the button on the plan you want. Payment opens on Stripe's page. In the desktop app it opens in your browser, and the app switches on by itself once you've paid.
Cloud to Team
Press Switch to Team. You pay now for the rest of the month. Team switches on only if that payment works.
Team to Cloud
Press Switch to Cloud, then Switch to Cloud again (or Keep Team). It switches now. The unused Team days become credit on your next bills.
Cloud keeps fewer worlds live than Team. Some of your worlds may pause: see below.
Adding Lifetime
Press Buy Lifetime. On Cloud, your Cloud subscription ends at once and the unused part of the month is refunded by itself. On Team, Team stays, and you fall back to Lifetime when it ends. Lifetime.
Which worlds stay live
Each plan keeps a number of shared worlds live at a time. When you have more (after a switch to a smaller plan, or when the trial ends), the oldest stay live and the others pause. You can pick instead.
- Open the dialog: in the account menu, press Choose which stay live (next to "… of your worlds are paused."). Or press Choose which stay live on the banner of a paused world.
- "Which worlds stay live?" lists your shared worlds. Tick the ones to keep live. When you've picked as many as your plan allows, the others can't be ticked.
- Press Save. "Saved: … worlds stay live." Worlds that changed reconnect at once.

A paused world isn't lost: everyone can still open it, look around and export. Nobody edits together, and uploads stop. Nothing is deleted. More: Paused worlds. In the Minecraft mod: Paused worlds.
