Payments, receipts and refunds by Stripe (“Sold through Link”). Sign-up and payment happen in the app, when you share a world for the first time.
How paying works

Alone: free, forever.
Everything you do on your own runs on your computer. It costs us nothing, so it costs you nothing. No account, no limits.
- 02
Together: the host pays.
Sharing a world needs our servers: a live room and storage for the world files. The person who shares pays. Friends join with a free account.
- 03
Lifetime: pay once.
Cloud for as long as it runs. Soon you can also host on your own PC, so your group keeps planning even without our servers.
If it needs our server to reach another person, it's paid. Everything else is free.

Questions about paying
Why is planning alone free?
It runs on your computer: your browser or the desktop app does all the work. We don't pay for it, so you don't either.
Do my friends have to pay?
No. Friends join free with a free account. Only the host's plan counts, and seats are counted per world.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first shared world gets 7 days of Cloud. No card needed, nothing to cancel.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan runs until the end of the time you paid for. Then your shared worlds pause: everyone can still open them read-only and export the plan. Nothing is taken from anyone's own copy.
Is Lifetime really for life?
Lifetime is Cloud for as long as MC Planner Cloud runs. If we ever shut it down, we'll give at least 12 months' notice. Hosting on your own PC, coming soon, works without our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment of a plan. No questions asked.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Euro, pound and US dollar. Prices include VAT. Payment runs through Stripe, and your receipt comes from Link.
