Payments, invoices and refunds
Who takes your payment, where to find receipts and invoices, how to update your card, and how to ask for a refund on your first payment.

Stripe takes your payment for MC Planner, "Sold through Link". Stripe also handles receipts, invoices, taxes and refunds.
Receipts
Your receipt comes by email from Link after each payment. Prices include VAT. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM* MCPLANNER.
Invoices and your card
Open the account menu
Click your initial at the top right.
Open Stripe's billing page
Under Plan, press Invoices & card. Stripe's page opens with your invoices and your payment method. In the desktop app it opens in your browser.

A payment failed
A banner says your last payment didn't go through, with a date. Press Update card before that date, and nothing changes. After it, your shared worlds pause until the payment works.
Refunds
The Plans dialog promises a 14-day refund on your first payment of a plan. The exact rules are on the Refunds page. To ask for one, contact Link support at link.com.
- A refund of Lifetime ends Lifetime.
- Bought Lifetime while on Cloud? The unused part of your Cloud month comes back by itself: Adding Lifetime.
To stop the next payment, cancel your plan.
